Today was quite the busy day, and I got called away on something unexpected. Needless to say I didn’t get around to writing today’s Recovery Tip, and so tomorrow will be a bit of a double feature. So check back tomorrow, on the early side, for two articles.

Well, lately I’ve been really busy and it’s been bugging me in the back of my mind for a few weeks now that I’ve been neglecting this site. Fortunately, I’ve still had time to read my usual daily batch of stuff & obviously I’ve still been religiously working out so I have plenty of stuff [...]
First, let me say that I didn’t do a very hardcore workout today and I’ll give a bit more detail in the update that follows. Here’s the workout:
6 rounds of 1 minute rope jumping, averaging 100-200 jumps per minute, varying the style such as double-unders, alternating feet, two feet at once, knee to chest, etc.

And I have it. No fun, but I just wanted to let people know that not only am I not currently training, but I can hardly do anything else either… so more bloggy fun sooner, rather than later. I just need to get all of this doctoring out of the way!!

So I have no idea what’s “wrong” with me, and neither did the doctor so he just did the standard panacea of antibiotics. It’s a good feel better drug for most, even when it doesn’t actually do anything but screw up your intestinal flora because you have a cold virus or something. Gotta love doctors.

A few updates:
First of all, everything’s going great and I’m adapting really well. I feel more alive and alert all day, and am getting more stuff done than usual and it’s not just because of the extra waking time. I’m going to begin phasing out the alarm clock permanently soon, and will do a ‘test [...]
Well, I am surely pleased with my current diet and especially with my exercise. The pic below is a progress pic from September 9th to November 9th. I started doing my current exercise routine in late August, so it’s a pretty good ‘before/after’ comparison. I may still be ’skinny lookin’ to some of you, but [...]
Today’s workout was:
21-15-9 reps of:
handstand push-ups
dips
elevated push-ups
Then to finish it all off (almost finished me off!) I added five 400m sprints on the trainer.
