This is one of the most fun yet challenging of the CF workouts. While I love working with iron, as they say, I still feel that it’s only a diversion until you have “mastered” your own bodyweight.
Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Crossfit posted this really great site by John Gill today which has a lot of ‘feats of strength’ on it, such as the one armed chin using only the little finger, etc. Now that’s TRUE strength! Really motivational!!
