This is just another site by a guy who thinks he’s fit & healthy; there are tons of them out there. Call it a journal or a workout log, just don’t call it typical. Why? Well, because mostly everything we do here flies in the face of convention, the mainstream or superficial physical culture. I’m Eric, a 25-year-old guy with a house, a life, two dogs… the usual. Nothing out of the ordinary. I don’t live in a free spirited commune, and I don’t have a corporate job. I live my own life, and that’s the point of this blog. That’s what I want you to do, and if I can ignite that spark then so be it. I’m not a doctor, nor a nutritionist, and I’m not superhuman. I can’t bench 400 lbs, or squat a grand, and I don’t want to. If that’s what you’re into, awesome. If you want to be a bodybuilder, and get insanely huge, go ahead - that’s awesome, and I hope it works out for you. Whatever you’re into, be it power-lifting, bodybuilding, weight lifting, gymnastics, endurance athletics - there’s something here for everyone. This site is about functional strength, balance, agility, endurance, nutrition and general health. I’m not following a specific agenda. I’m not anti-supplement, or anti-weights, or anti-anything. I don’t care how you get healthy and fit, just that you get there. Anyways, I hope I am able to help & enlighten some of you.

    YO, this page is very good. I just found this site and there are many informative stuff. Keep up the good work! I will drop by from time to time. Greetings from Germany.
