Okay, so I’m back in the game! (I think)
Today’s crossfit workout doesn’t strike me as a nice way to ease back into my training, so I’m going to modify it. It’ll be something like the following:
80lb thrusters, 10 reps
10 pull-ups
10 handstand push-ups
80lb thrusters, 10 reps
10 weighted dips
10 hanging leg raises
Then I’ll probably throw in some sort of major cardio either a few hours before or after this, and some jump-rope to warm up to each event.
