And today’s Christmas Eve workout is a nice, easy 5k run. I’ll probably substitute it for 25 minutes on the bicycle trainer.

I’m not so sure I like the idea of the gov’t telling us what we can and cannot serve; however, trans-fats are poison and in this instance I can’t see the harm. I do not think it’s a slippery slope at all… more thoughts later, perhaps.
