This is one of the most fun yet challenging of the CF workouts. While I love working with iron, as they say, I still feel that it’s only a diversion until you have “mastered” your own bodyweight.

Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round. Post time for each of five rounds to comments.
