Biphasic Sleep Interruption

Author: Eric | Files under sleep

Well, I have been feeling a bit under the weather and I’m 95% positive it has nothing to do with biphasic sleep being the cause. I’m not sick, just feeling a bit… drained. This happens to me every 8 - 12 months as I’m sure it has to most of you who train hard, especially during winter. It probably has more to do with me running on empty all too often. So I’m going to do a whole bunch of stuff proven by experience to fix me up right quick, but which also involves sleeping 7.5 or 9 hours straight every night for the next few days. I plan on starting back on my biphasic pattern by Wednesday.

A few days doesn’t seem to make any difference to the biphasic sleeping - it’s a bit like getting a cold and not working out for a bit. Slightly harder at first, but everything quickly clicks back into place.

Good! That’s the kind of news I need.
